A: When the rolling bearing rotates at high speed, especially when the speed is close to or exceeds the limit speed given in the bearing size table, special attention should be paid to the following:

(1) Use high precision bearings

(2) Analyze the internal clearance of the bearing (should take into account the reduction in the internal clearance of the bearing caused by the temperature rise)

(3) Analyze the material and form of the cage (for high-speed bearings, copper alloy or phenolic resin cutting cages should be used, as well as cages suitable for high-speed rotation and resin).

(4) Analyze the lubrication method (lubrication methods such as cyclic lubrication, jet lubrication, oil mist lubrication and oil and gas lubrication suitable for high-speed rotation)
