UCFL204 Bearing Features

UCFL204 bearing will cope with initial misalignment, are sealed and pre-greased, have integral shaft locking, and simply bolt into place.

The internal structure of the insert ball bearing is the same as that of the deep groove ball bearing. But the inner race of this bearing is wider than the outer race. The outer race has a spherical surface. Insert ball bearings can self-aligning with the fit between the outer race and the bearing block. Insert ball bearings are compact. It’s easy for loading and unloading. Spherical insert ball bearings often used in mining, metallurgy, textile, transportation machinery, etc.

Pillow Block Bearing

Pillow Block Bearing UCP or NP Series Plummer / Pillow Housings: Supplied with a fully sealed bearing insert fitted in the housing and includes a grease nipple to facilitate re-lubrication. The bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft once fitted. The inserts (available separately) can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required.
